BANGKOK, 21 November 2019 – Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar proudly presents 3-star Michelin Chef Alain Passard at Thailand’s highest restaurant and bar during 11-12 December 2019. Enjoy an exclusive 11-course dinner and wine pairing at *THB 14,000 ++ per person and experience a gastronomic journey by the world renown Chef of Arpège restaurant in Paris.

The 11-course dinner features exquisite signature creations such as Tarte Tatin of Caramelized Longor Shallots, Hand Cut Purple Tartare with Orleans Mustard and Brittany Blue Lobster Aiguillette with Cotes du Jura Wine. For dessert, indulge in Chef Alain Passard’s famous signature Rose Bouquet Apple Pie. The event will start at 18.00hrs, and dinner will be served at 19.00hrs.

The 3-star Michelin dinner is exclusively featured at Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyBar—Thailand’s highest restaurant and bar located on the 76th floor of King Power Mahanakhon.
